As currently configured, Approved Minutes access is restricted to General Membership: Draft Minutes to Board members, both through userid/username and passwords.

When approved, minutes can be moved to the member accessable directory depending of course on organizational practices and requirements. Format for Approved Minutes is PDF, and once downloaded use the © Adobe toolbar to read, print, or save the document. Draft minutes are available in WORD and WORDPERFECT formats. Selected downloads are performed in new windows.
